Celcom Blue

Celcom Blue is the latest prepaid plan from Celcom. The starter pack normally costs RM8 with RM5 preloaded and one month validity. The prepaid pack offers a flat rate of 45 sen per minute for voice and video calls, 15 sen for SMS and 35 sen for MMS. It also offers a number of value-added features such as Teman 20, which allows users to call and text 20 other Celcom subscribers at a lower rate.
